DESIGN, BUILD QUALITY & DISPLAY
The design of this phone is very good. It has Scratch resistance glass on front and an aluminium uni-body design and feels great in hands. It is slim at 8.4mm and weighs 169gms. It has 5.5 inch Full HD IPS LCD display of resolution 1920 x 1280 with 401ppi. The viewing angles are and sunlight legibility of the display is great. It runs on Vibe User Interface. The display supports 10 multi-touch points and the brightness of the screen is very good. The display has color balance settings and overall display quality is quite great.
STORAGE, MULTIMEDIA & CONNECTIVITIES
It has 32GB of internal storage which is further expandable upto 128GB. The device features dedicated multimedia apps like google play music for songs and a stock gallery and a video player which are good. FM radio comes pre-installed too. Connectivities like 2G, 3G speeds upto 42.2mbps download & upto 5.76mbps upload, 4G speeds upto 150mbps & upto 50mbps upload, Wifi a/b/g/n, Wifi hotsopt, A-GPS & GLONASS, USB OTG & Bluetooth 4.1 support come standard. It also has Fingerprint scanner, Gyroscope sensor & Theater Max technology support which is very good.
CAMERA & VIDEO RECORDING CAPABILITIES
It has a 16MP rear camera with Phase detection autofocus and LED flash which features Simultaneous image and video recording, Geo-tagging, Touch focus for still image and video, HDR etc. The camera clarity is Great overall. Daytime the images are Great and has great sharpness, great colors & details respectively but in the night is where the noise starts to become more visible and to get better details at night HDR mode images with bit of steady hands helps to produce slightly better images still image quality at night is quite good. It does 1080p@30fps video recording with video stabilization and stereo sound having bit-rate of 17 mbps respectively and stores in mp4 format. The video recording clarity is Great overall. Daytime the video clarity is quite Great and has great sharpness, great colors & details respectively but at night video clarity is quite good but the video stabilization could have been bit better. It also has a 8MP front camera for selfe's which does 1080p video recording and clarity is quite good.
SOFTWARE, HARDWARE, PERFORMANCE & BENCHMARKS
It runs Android (OS) 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box. It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 (MSM8937) 64-Bit SOC (System On Chip) running an Octa-Core processor clocked at 1.4 GHZ (ARM Cortex-A53 Architecture) with 3GB/4GB RAM and Adreno 505 (upto 450MHZ Single-Core) GPU. The performance is Great overall which provides high graphic intensive games pretty much fine without any major issues for most part.
