Apple launched its premium tablet namely IPad Pro 9.7 in India which is priced starting at 49,900 for 32GB Wifi Only variant & 61,900 for 32GB Wifi + Cellular variant. It is available in Space Grey, Silver, Gold & Rose Gold shades.

DESIGN, DURABLITY & DISPLAY

The design of this tablet is very good. It uses scratch resistant shatter proof glass with fingerprint resistant Oleophobic coating on the front and a brush alluminum unibody finish on the back. It is slim at 6.9mm and weighs 437g (444g For Wifi+Cellular variant). It has a 9.7inch (Retina Display) 16M colour LED backlit IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen of 1535 x 2048 resolution with 264ppi. The viewing angles and sunlight legibility of the display is Excellent and the display also has true tone display feature. The screen supports 10 multi-touch points and the brightness of the screen is great. 

STORAGE, MULTIMEDIA & CONNECTIVITES

It has a 32GB/128GB/256GB internal storage and is not further expandable. The device features dedicated multimedia apps such as I-music, I-movies, as wells as default gallery provides storing of music, videos, and images respectively. connectivities like 2G, 3G speeds upto 42.2mbps download & upto 5.76mbps upload, 4G speeds upto 150mbps download & upto 50mbps upload, Wifi a/b/g/n/ac, Wifi Dual-band, Wifi hotspot, GPS & Glonass (Wifi+Cellular Variant only), Bluetooth 4.2 (file sharing from apple to apple only) and USB V2.0 reversible connector & magnetic connector come as standard but lacks NFC support. It also has Touch ID Fingerprint scanner, gyroscope & barometer sensor support. 

CAMERA & VIDEO RECORDING CAPABILITIES

It has an 12MP Rear camera 1/3inch sensor with phase detection autofocus & dual Led (dual tone) flash which features Simultaneous 4K video and 8MP image recording, Geo-tagging, sweep panorama, Face & Smile detection, HDR etc. The camera clarity is Excellent overall. Daytime the images are Excellent and has good amount of details respectively but in the night is where the noise starts to become bit visible visible and to get better details at night HDR mode images with bit of steady hands helps to produce slightly better images still image quality at night is quite good. It does 4K Ultra HD 2160p@30fps, Full HD 1080p@60fps HDR & 720P@240fps video recording with video stabilization and mono sound having bit-rate of 51 Mbps for 4K, 29 Mbps for Full HD and stores in MP4 format. The video recording clarity is Excellent overall. Daytime the video clarity is Excellent and has good amount of details respectively but Rat night video clarity is quite good. It has a 5 MP Front camera which does HD 720P@30fps video recording and the clarity is great.

SOFTWARE, HARDWARE & PERFORMANCE

It runs IOS 9.3.2 out of the box it is upgradable to IOS 9.3.3. It has an Apple A9X (Twister based ARM V8A) 64-Bit SOC (System On Chip) running a Dual-Core processor clocked at 2.14 GHZ with 2GB RAM and PowerVR GT7600 MP12 (12-Core graphics) it also comes with Apple's M9 Motion Co-processor. The performance is Top class which provides high graphic intensive games and multitasking run smoothly and there is no lag at all.

BATTERY LIFE PERFORMANCE

It has a Non-Removable Li-Ion 27.9 Wh battery. The battery life is Excellent which is given below.
