HTC launched their mini version of the flagship android smartphone namely HTC One Mini in India which is priced @ 35990/-. It is available in Black and White shades.
DESIGN, BUILD QUALITY & DISPLAY
The design of this phone very good compared to previous devices. It uses corning gorilla glass 3 front and an aluminium body on the back making it durable. It is slim at 9.3mm and weighs 122gms. The display is a 4.3 inch 16M HD Super LCD-2 capacitive touchscreen with 342ppi. The viewing angles and the sunlight legibility of this display is very good. It uses HTC's Sense 5.0 User Interface.
STORAGE, MULTIMEDIA & cONNECTIVITIES
It has a16GB internal storage options and is not further expandable. The device features its on dedicated multimedia apps which are very good. It has a beats audio sound enhancement and HTC's Boom Sound integrated with front stereo speakers. On-board connectivity's such as 2G, 3G,4G, WIFI, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS & GLONASS and USB are standard.
CAMERA AND VIDEO RECORDING CAPABILITIES
It has a 4 MP Rear Camera with autofocus & LED which features Simultaneous HD video and image recording, Geo-tagging, Touch focus, Face detection etc. The camera clarity is pretty good. It does FULL HD 1080p@30fps video recording with video stabilization & stereo sound having bit-rate 16-18 Mbps in MP4 format. The video recording clarity is very good. It has a 1.6 MP Front camera which does HD 720p@30fps video recording.
SOFTWARE, HARDWARE, PERFORMANCE & BENCHMARKS
It runs Android(OS) 4.2.2 jelly bean out of the box. It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 (MSM8227) processor running a dual core at 1.4 GHZ with 1GB RAM and an Adreno 305 GPU. The performance is very good which provides high graphic intensive games and multitasking run smoothly and there is no lag in at all.
