LG launched another flagship android smartphone namely Nexus 4 in India which is priced @ 25,990/-. It is available is Black shade only.

DESIGN, BUILD QUALITY & DISPLAY

The new design of LG is quite good considering the jewel kind of looks on the back. It has a corning gorilla glass 2 on both front and back which provide good looks as well as making it durable. It has a 4.7 inch 16M True HD IPS plus capacitive touchscreen of 768x1280 (WXGA) resolution with 318ppi. The viewing angles and sunlight legibility is good.

STORAGE, MULTIMEDIA & CONNECTIVITIES

The device comes with a 8GB/16 GB internal storage options and is not further expandable. The device features dedicated multimedia apps which are good. On-board connectvities such as 2G, 3G, WIFI, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS & GLONASS support,  NFC and USB are standard.

CAMERA AND VIDEO RECORDING CAPABILITIES

It has a 8 MP Rear camera with autofocus & led flash which features Photo sphere, Geo-tagging,  touch focus,  face detection etc but lacks HDR. The camera clarity is good. It does FULL HD 1080p@30fps video recording lacking HDR with video stabilization and stereo sound having bite-rate of 12-14 Mbps bitrate and stores in MP4 format. The video recording clarity is good. It has a 1.3 MP Front camera which does HD 720p@30fps video recoding.

It runs on Android(OS) 4.2.1 jelly bean out of the box and is upgradable to 4.2.2 jelly bean. It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 PRO (APQ8064) processor running a quad core at 1.5 GHZ with 2 GB RAM and an Adreno 320 GPU. The performance is very good which provides high graphic intensive games and multitasking run smoothly and there is no lag at all.

BATTERY LIFE PERFORMANCE

It has a non-removable Li-pro 2100 MAH Battery and supports wireless charging. The battery life is good which is given below.
