DESIGN, BUILD QUALITY & DISPLAY
The design of this phone is very good. It has Scratch resistance 2.5D glass (Pre-assumed to be corning gorilla glass 3) on front and metal unibody which feels great in hands. It is slim at 9.6mm and weighs 218gms. It has 6.4 inch Full HD IPS LCD display of resolution 1920 x 1280 with 344ppi. The viewing angles are pretty good and sunlight legibility of the display is very good. It runs on Vibe User Interface. The display supports 10 multi-touch points and the brightness of the screen is very good.
STORAGE, MULTIMEDIA & CONNECTIVITIES
It has 32GB of internal storage which is further expandable upto 128GB. The device features dedicated multimedia apps like google play music for songs and a stock gallery and a video player which are good. FM radio comes pre-installed too. Connectivities like 2G, 3G speeds upto 42.2mbps download & upto 5.76mbps upload, 4G speeds upto 150mbps & upto 50mbps upload, Wifi a/b/g/n/ac, Dual-Band Wifi, Wifi hotsopt, A-GPS, USB OTG & Bluetooth 4.0 support come standard. It also has Fingerprint scanner & gyroscope sensor, Dolby atmos support along with world's first Dolby 5.1 audio capture which is great.
CAMERA & VIDEO RECORDING CAPABILITIES
It has a Dual 13MP (F/2.0 Aperture, Dedicated Milbeaut ISP) rear camera with Phase detection & laser autofocus and LED flash which features Simultaneous image and video recording, Geo-tagging, Touch focus for still image and video, HDR etc and also features AR (Argumented Reality) feature and dept sensor using the second camera. The camera clarity is Excellent overall. Daytime the images are Excellent and has great sharpness, great colors & details respectively but in the night is where the noise starts to become more visible and to get better details at night HDR mode images with bit of steady hands helps to produce slightly better images still image quality at night is quite pretty good. It does 1080p@30fps video recording with video stabilization and stereo sound having bit-rate of 17 mbps respectively and stores in mp4 format. The video recording clarity is Excellent overall. Daytime the video clarity is quite excellent and has great sharpness, great colors & details respectively but at night video clarity is pretty good. It also has a 8MP (F/2.2 Aperture, 1.4 Micron pixel) front camera for selfe's which does 1080p video recording and clarity is quite good.
SOFTWARE, HARDWARE, PERFORMANCE & BENCHMARKS
It runs Android (OS) 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. It has a Mediatek (MT8783) 64-Bit SOC (System On Chip) running an Octa-Core processor clocked at 1.3 GHZ (ARM Cortex-A53 Architecture) with 3GB RAM and Mali-720 MP3 (500MHZ Tri-Core) GPU. The performance is very good overall which provides high graphic intensive games run with a bit of lag & here the performance could have been much better.
